Louisiana Forestry Investments, Inc. is the real estate company associated with Templin Forestry, Inc. As a licensed real estate broker, Steven K. Templin has been involved with marketing rural properties since 1984. We believe aggressive marketing techniques bring a wider audience to our real estate listings and result in successful transactions for the parties involved. We network with other real estate brokers in the selling of land through our involvement with the National Board of Realtors and the Realtors Land Institute. We know most serious land buyers through our forestry consulting activities, appraisal work, and various forestry-related organizations.
We have the intention of selling your land. Therefore, we place our attention on how it can best be sold. We believe there is a serious buyer for every serious seller. Our job is to put seller and buyer together, and to close the sale in a professional manner.
We know buyers looking for both small and large tracts of pine and/or hardwood forest land throughout Louisiana, the Gulf South, U.S.A. and the World. If you have forested property to sell or are an active buyer, e-mail us and we will work to match your needs with those of another.
Note:
The markets and prices for timberland are changing. Ten years ago a landowner could maximize income through selling his timber through a timber sale and then selling the cutover land. Today's buyers are better informed and are willing to pay higher prices for timber and land together than when sold separately. Land is moving at excellent prices and land buyers are paying a premium for land with timber standing on it. Call us to maximize your benefits.
We have several tracts of Land For Sale
