Features

This tract has rolling topography with several drainages running through the property and eventually leading to the Calcasieu River.  There are high ridges between the creeks.  Most of the property was planted with loblolly pines in 2002.  The timber was thinned approximately five years ago.
This tract provides great habitat for hunting and also has excellent timber potential.
